Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy
This notice has been prepared by ArchiNord in its capacity as data controller in order to inform data subjects about the personal data obtained through this website, in accordance with Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the related Communiqué. The section on cookies forms an integral part of this notice.

Only from the forms you fill in yourself. If you do not fill in a form, we do not know who you are on this site.

Alongside these, each visit leaves an IP address, browser information and the requested page in the server logs; these records exist for security and troubleshooting.
3. Purposes and legal grounds of processing
Personal data you submit through a form is processed to answer your request, to contact you and to prepare a possible contractual relationship, on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract and to the legitimate interests of the controller. Server logs are processed to ensure information security and to comply with legal obligations.
Non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) are processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent. Until you consent, the related scripts are never loaded into the page, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Cookies
On your first visit a notice appears. Until you choose “Accept”, the analytics and advertising scripts are never loaded into the page, so those cookies are never created. Your choice is stored in your own browser (archinord_cerez_onayi) and is not sent to us.

5. Transfer of personal data
Your personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be transferred only to service providers strictly necessary for delivering the service (hosting and e-mail delivery providers) and to authorised public authorities, to the extent required by applicable law.
If you give explicit consent, data obtained through analytics and advertising cookies is processed by Google and Meta on servers located abroad. This transfer relies on your explicit consent; if you do not consent, no transfer abroad takes place.
6. Retention periods and erasure
Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing and for the limitation periods set out in applicable legislation. Once those periods expire or the grounds for processing cease to exist, the data is erased, destroyed or anonymised, either on our own initiative or upon your request.
7. Rights of the data subject and how to apply
As a data subject you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- Ask for correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Ask for it to be erased or destroyed
- Ask that corrections and erasures be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
- Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
How to apply
You may submit your requests in writing or electronically, stating your name and surname, your signature (for written applications), your national identity number, your address for notification, your e-mail and telephone details where available, and the subject of your request.

Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days; where the process incurs an additional cost, the fee set by the Board may be charged.
