Presentation Module · 3D Virtual Model

Walk buyers through your project before they ever reach the sales office.

3D virtual model, live data

ArchiNord Presentation builds your project in three dimensions, in its real location, on a live map. Buyers open it on their phone, pick a unit and see the current price and status. Nothing to download. Close a unit in your list and it closes for everyone.

A scale model does not know which units are sold. This one does.

A physical model is built once and lives in the sales office. Render-based digital models show pictures. A real 3D model shows the building in its own place and its own light, fed by your list.

3D in its real location

The building stands on its own plot, with its surroundings, on a live map. Roads, sea, neighbours: the buyer sees what they are buying.

Live status and price

For sale, optioned, sold: colour-coded on the building. Prices come from your list; a change in the list reaches everyone within seconds.

On a phone, no download

Open the link, the model loads. No app, no install. A buyer abroad sees exactly the same thing.

Embedded in your website

Opens on your own site, under your own brand. The buyer asks about a unit; the request lands in your sales office.

Two independent products

The Presentation module holds two independent products. They are built with different technology, set up separately and priced separately; taking one does not require the other. If you take both, they share the same project record and the same unit list, so whichever one a buyer looks at, they see the same prices and the same statuses.

Virtual Model

Set up for every project. The same model on a phone, a tablet and the sales office screen; no download. Embeds in your website and collects leads.

  • Real location, surroundings, live map
  • Unit card: price, area, status
  • Daylight, night, the view from the unit
  • Website embed and lead form
  • Live price list and unit catalogue

How it is set up

Built from your architectural project. Units are connected to your list; the link, the sales office screen and the embed code are delivered together.

When to choose it

Every project on sale; day-to-day selling on the phone, on your website and in the sales office.

Unreal Engine

A scene produced in Unreal Engine, streamed live into the buyer’s browser. A time-limited link, still nothing to download.

  • Render-quality visuals, in the browser
  • Time-limited link, viewing time measured
  • Sales office screen and launch presentations
  • Priced separately, per project

How it is set up

It has its own production process: the scene is built in Unreal Engine, a build is prepared and published. It is independent of the Virtual Model and can be taken on its own.

When to choose it

Large projects; the sales office screen and launches.

The two products are independent of each other: built separately, set up separately, priced separately. You can take just one. If you take both, they share the same project record and the same unit list, so the same unit never shows two different prices.

What your buyer sees

With a consultant in the sales office, alone at home, abroad on a phone: the same model, the same list.

  • Search and filter: rooms, floor, facade, square metres
  • Unit card: price, gross and net area, rooms, status
  • Floor plan
  • The view from that unit
  • Time of day and night view
  • Surroundings: schools, shops, transport
  • Unit catalogue PDF
  • Ask for information: name, phone, chosen unit

Yellow row: just closed. Turned red on the building at the same moment, and on the website.

What your sales office gets

Not a presentation prop, but the screen of your sales operation. The list lives in one place; the model, the website and the price list read from it.

  • One list: unit status and price from the same source as the CRM; you can also start from your existing Excel or Google Sheets list
  • Status colours on the building itself
  • Live price list, print or PDF in one click
  • A record of who was shown what
  • Lead inbox: who, which unit, phone number
  • Domain lock: the link only works on your site
  • The same unit is never sold twice

Opens from your own website, the request lands in your sales office

This flow is running today on the website of a live housing project.

1

A button on your site

"View the 3D tour". The buyer opens it from your own website and explores.

2

Picks a unit, asks for details

Leaves a name and phone number from the card of the unit they like.

3

The request lands in the sales office

Who, which unit, phone number. On record.

4

Your consultant calls and closes

A unit closed in the list closes on the site and on the sales office screen as well.

How setup works

We set your project up. You deal with no files, no drawings and no software.

Step 1

Share your project

Your architectural project is enough. We tell you which files we need in the first call, and we talk to your design team ourselves if needed.

Step 2

We connect the units to your list

Your CRM or your current price list. Unit names, statuses and prices are matched.

Step 3

Link and embed code

Sales office screen, phone, your website. We do the setup; you only keep the list up to date.

These steps are for the Virtual Model; we take on the preparation work, and all we need from you is the project itself and an up-to-date unit list. Unreal Engine is an independent product; it goes through its own production process and is planned separately.

How it is priced

Like the scale model, catalogue and renders: per project. The core of the sales system is included; the growing part comes later.

3D Virtual Model

Annual licence per project

Setup included. Sales office screen, phone link and website embed in one licence.

Inventory Panel

Included

Included, no time limit

Unit status, price, live price list. Everything the model needs to run.

Sales Package

3 months

First 3 months included, then subscription

Customer records, lead inbox, Meta ads connection, catalogue sending, who-was-shown records.

Unreal Engine

Per project, optional

An independent product with its own production process and its own setup. It can be taken on its own or added later, and is chosen for large projects.

What is a virtual model?

A virtual model is a three-dimensional model of a housing project that you explore on a screen. It does what the physical model does: you pick a block, a floor, a unit. It also does what the physical model cannot: it shows which units are sold, updates together with your price list and is not tied to the sales office.

Virtual models come in two kinds. Those built from hotspots on renders and floor plans show the project as pictures. Those built on a real 3D model place the building in its location with its surroundings; the camera moves, the time of day changes, you look out from the unit. The Virtual Model product of ArchiNord belongs to this second group.

It is often confused with a virtual tour. A virtual tour walks you through the inside of one unit in 360 degrees; a virtual model shows the whole project and answers the question "which unit". They complement each other: pick the unit in the model, then walk through it.

Frequently asked questions

Your architectural project and an up-to-date unit list. In the first call we look at your project and tell you what is ready and what we will produce on our side; the preparation work is ours.
You do. Prices can be public, fully hidden, or visible only on the sales office screen.
No. The unit list can come from ArchiNord CRM or from your existing list (Excel, Google Sheets). Whatever the list says, the model shows.
A one-line embed code or a button. The link only works on your domain; no other site can copy it.
Yes. It opens in the browser, nothing to download. The same model on the big screen in the sales office, on a tablet in the field and on the buyer’s phone.
Each project is a separate licence; all are managed from the same account.
It depends on how clean the model is. We look at your model in the first call and give you a firm date rather than a guess.
Unreal Engine is there for that. It is an independent product: its own production process, its own setup, its own price. You can take it without taking the Virtual Model. If you take both, they share the same unit list.
